What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, or breaks?
In the event that your website has a major issue, we will be there to get it fixed and back online. Our hack free guarantee doesn’t mean that it’s impossible for your site to get hacked. It means we will do everything within our power to prevent it and be able to restore it quickly if it does.
What is actually covered under UNLIMITED Content Updates?
Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests, however just about anything that can be done in less than 30 minutes per task is free game. Many of our customers use this as a way to debug problems, ask how-to questions, etc. But please be aware that requests for new features and functionality to your website will likely result in a formal proposal, as those commonly go over the allotted 30 minutes.
What if I need more support time/hours?
If you need support above and beyond what is covered under our ‘Unlimited Content Updates”, we will submit a time estimate for you to approve separately from your care plan. If approved, we will schedule a block of time for this work to be completed and it will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
How do the strategy calls work?
Email is our preferred form of communication and provides the quickest response. However, we know brainstorming and strategy works best on the phone or on a video call. The calls are either 30 minutes twice a month, or 1 hour once a month. During the strategy calls we will work together to identify areas of your website and strategy that can be improved, and come up with a list of action items for our team and yours. These consultation calls are reserved for our Elite care plan customers.
Can I really cancel any time?
While we would be sad to see you go, we know that financial needs weigh on many decisions and we do not want to lock anyone in to a long term contract. Our care plans are paid in advance each month, which allows you to opt out of any future payments and cancel your service at any time.
